Om Bhadram Karnebhi Shrnuyama Devah – in sanskrit with meaning

This shloka is from Upanishads which is said to be a shanti or peace mantra which basically is a prayer asking for well being for everyone.

Sanskrit:

ॐ भद्रं कर्णेभिः शृणुयाम देवाः ।
भद्रं पश्येमाक्षभिर्यजत्राः ।
स्थिरैरङ्गैस्तुष्टुवाग्‍ँसस्तनूभिः ।
व्यशेम देवहितं यदायूः ।

English Translation:

Om bhadram karnebhi shrnuyama devah |
Bhadram Pashyema kshabhir yajatrah |
Sthirai rangais tustuvaamsas tanubhih |
Vyashema devahitam Yadaayuh |

Meaning:
Om, May we here only good and what is auspicious with our ears,
May we See all the auspicious and adorable with our eyes,
May we be Prayerful in Life with Steadiness in our Bodies and Minds,
May we offer our lifespan allotted by the devas for the service of god.

Sanskrit:

स्वस्ति न इन्द्रो वृद्धश्रवाः ।
स्वस्ति नः पूषा विश्ववेदाः ।
स्वस्ति नस्तार्क्ष्यो अरिष्टनेमिः ।
स्वस्ति नो वृहस्पतिर्दधातु ॥
ॐ शान्तिः शान्तिः शान्तिः ॥

English Translation:

Swasti na Indro vrddha shrawaah |
Swasti nah pusha vishva vedah |
Swasti nas-tarkshyo arishta nemih |
Swasti no brahaspatir dadhatu ||
Om shanti shanti shanti ||

Meaning:
May the glorious King Indra grant us well being,
May Pushan The Sun God grant us Well-Being by nourishing us,
May Tarksya , A Bird with of great Protective Power grant us Well-Being by protecting us from misfortunes,
May Brihaspati, The Guru of the Devas grant us Well-Being,
Om, Peace, Peace, Peace.
